In return we’ll provide you with a structured 2-3 year rotational graduate program. You’ll receive relevant training through our Learning and Development programs which are specifically designed to develop your skills in areas such as:

• Engineering and Design;
• Estimating;
• Commercial and Document Control; and
• Quality, Safety and Environment

You will be partnered with a mentor who will help you establish objectives and provide encouragement and support throughout the program.

We ensure that your beliefs are based on real life on-the-job experience that can further your careers goals.

Through our partnership with Engineers Australia (EA), our Australian program also includes participating in the Professional Development Program to work towards achieving Chartered Engineering status in a structured and supportive environment.
